Forward Bank in Marshfield seeks a detail-oriented individual for a full time Deposit Operations Processor position. The Deposit Operations Processor handles many day-to-day tasks related to customer deposit accounts, including ACH files, wire transfers, unposted transactions, and account reconciliations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems and take appropriate action
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
• Positive attitude with superior interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time well and adhere to strict deadlines

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of related experience in a financial services or office administration role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely processing and maintenance of customer records and files
• Balance and reconcile accounts to the general ledger
• Research and process daily unposted transactions
