Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Deposit Operations, the Deposit Administrator I works as part of a team responsible for providing administrative, clerical and back-office support to the advisor teams in the area of investments, registered products, and general deposit administration. The Deposit Administrator I contributes positively to the organization by preparing and processing deposit-related documentation for the advisor teams, performing various follow-up procedures and responding to advisor inquiries, adding to the overall quality and seamless delivery of service. This role supports Assiniboine Credit Union/Caisse Assiniboine (ACU)’s commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services, values-based banking and ACU’s triple bottom line accountability to people, planet, and prosperity.
