As a Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst, Senior, you’ll bring your strategic transportation and mobility expertise to determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements and work alongside thought leaders in support of the Army Force Projection (AFP) Forum, DA EXORD 014-22, and the Command Deployment Discipline Program (CDDP). You’ll use your skills and expertise to evaluate the proper air, land, and sea transportation of military equipment and hazardous materials, determine best practices, lessons learned, and make recommendations. Work with us to provide real-time, comprehensive deployment capability analysis and assessment, training development and delivery, and value to the clients and units in terms of Unit Movement Officer (UMO) sustainment training. You served your country as a Transportation Mobility Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-Commissioned Officer, now continue your mission with us. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with strategic transportation or former Deployment Support Team (DST)
  • Experience as a Military Transportation Mobility Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-Commissioned Officer
  • Knowledge of DoW Transportation SAPs including TC-AIMS-II, COMPASS, ICODES, JOPES, JECD, A2I, and SMS
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office products
  • Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OCONUS deployments as a transportation manager
  • Experience as COMPO III transportation manager
  • Experience with ITO, DTO, CTO, or DCO
  • UMO Course Certification
  • Hazardous Material Ammo 62 Certification
