About The Position

Simile is seeking a Deployment Strategist - Healthcare to be embedded within enterprise account teams. This role involves deep involvement in 1-2 customer relationships, managing deployment work, addressing day-to-day customer needs, and becoming proficient in Simile's platform to contribute to technical conversations. The ideal candidate is energized by customer interaction, enjoys solving complex problems, and is detail-oriented. This position offers rapid advancement, early ownership, and close collaboration with product and research teams on impactful projects for Fortune 500 organizations across various industries.

Requirements

  • Experience in deploying enterprise AI or data products.
  • Background as a strategy consultant or investor transitioning into tech with a focus on owning outcomes.
  • Experience as a PM or engineer who moved into business and customer-facing roles.
  • Healthcare and/or pharma background.
  • Thrives in ambiguous, 0-1 environments; is scrappy, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, accountable, and consistent.
  • Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and navigates complex relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts (AI, evals, validation, model behavior) and explain them clearly (coding not required).
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort building lightweight tools or automations (scripts, no-code tools, etc.).
  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships, being responsive, detail-oriented, and trusted to deliver.
  • Manage enterprise customer engagements from initial contact through full deployment and ongoing support.
  • Develop deep expertise in Simile's platform, including simulations, population modeling, evaluations, and validations, and apply this knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between customer needs and product/modeling teams, ensuring field insights influence internal decisions.
  • Undertake high-impact projects related to customer acquisition, simulation quality, and future product development.
