About The Position

The Deployment Process Analyst - CE (Customer Excellence) provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within the Transcend program. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts. The Transcend program is a global business transformation initiative aimed at modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a single ERP system. This will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape, standardize processes, and create a cost-effective digital backbone to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will address end-of-life system risks. The position will be located in Titusville, NJ, with potential for remote work on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of ecosystem integration between EDI source system and TIME.

Responsibilities

Functional leadership and execution of complex order management scenarios and system integrations.
Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.
Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.
Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities under the guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead.
Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities.
Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods.
