About The Position

Squint is seeking a Deployment Partner to manage the implementation and adoption of their industrial AI solutions within customer environments. This role is crucial for ensuring that Squint's technology is successfully integrated and utilized on factory floors, job sites, and utility yards, moving beyond pilot phases to become a consistently used and valued system. The Deployment Partner will be embedded on-site, transforming plans into functional, adopted systems. This is not a configuration or pure consulting role, but rather an ownership position for the deployment and adoption of Squint's AI within Fortune 500 industrial clients. The role requires comfort in complex, industrial settings with legacy systems and connectivity challenges, working closely with customers and the Strategy team to scale deployments.

Requirements

A recent degree or early-career experience (0-2 years).
Evidence of taking ownership of ambiguous tasks and seeing them through without extensive process or hand-holding.
Sharp communication and people instincts to build trust quickly with diverse individuals.
A bias for action over process and a focus on finishing tasks.
Genuine interest in industrial operations and the physical economy.
No engineering or coding background required.
Curiosity about how software and AI create value on the ground.

Responsibilities

Drive true AI adoption in the industrial world, leading the AI roadmap from kickoff to go-live and beyond.
Ensure Squint is working and delivering real value at customer sites.
Build in the product by pulling use cases from operators, structuring procedures, standing up the customer's knowledge graph, and shaping Squint's AI to site-specific equipment, systems, and language.
Spend time on floors and in the field to understand frontline operations and build usable solutions.
Close the gap between 'deployed' and 'depended on' to cut time-to-value.
Earn trust at all customer levels, from frontline operators to exec sponsors.
Provide feedback from field deployments to the product team to drive improvements.
