About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join their team and support their client in the Hanover, MD area. This role involves managing and executing software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment. The Deployment Lead will oversee the entire deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability. The role requires navigating complex environments, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and streamlining workflows through automation. Developing and refining scripts to optimize deployment processes is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

3 years of experience with the change management processes and managing deployments
1 year of experience with GitLab, Jira, and/or Ansible
Monitoring and analysis experience of network connectivity and performance
Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Python
Experience with scripting and automation
DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
Experience working in high-security settings
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
