About The Position

As a Department Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly, while leading and engaging your team. Success in this position requires valuing teamwork, recognizing contributions, and supporting team growth. The business is ever-growing, offering opportunities to learn and adapt. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Acting with integrity, pride, and passion.
• For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.
• For Meat: Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).
