Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in geophysics, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and success.
In-depth knowledge of geophysical principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in geophysics, staying updated with the latest advancements.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and address challenges proactively.
