Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Graphic Design majors or recent graduates preferred.
• Candidates must have good academic performance.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handles small publishing projects in-house such as the design and production of flyers, print advertising, direct mail postcards, display graphics, etc. in accordance with brand and hospital graphic standards.
• Support service line marketing and physician practice initiatives with creative design solutions maintaining consistency and brand alignment of product line and corporate communications.
• Coordinate with the other members of the Marketing Team and other vendors to complete various projects.
• Must be able to comfortably work in fast-paced environment. Should be able to take directions well, be extremely organized, pay attention to details and demonstrate abilities to juggle numerous projects within defined deadlines.
• Use online content management tools to communicate with the other team members, organize and track project poofs, files and timelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Mac OS, Microsoft applications and file management.
