About The Position

Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department including representing the department in meetings. Serve as a liaison to outside agencies. Serve as an expert resource for District staff and the community. Support the integration of technology into District operations and provide technical assistance to others who use the technology. Assist in the planning for future technology needs of the District.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
  • Two years of experience working in an office setting
  • Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices
  • Experience working with a variety of technology systems
  • Experience with the planning and implementation of new systems
  • Experience preparing and delivering professional development
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (bilingual is defined as fluency in reading, writing and speaking two languages as determined by District screening tool)
