We are seeking a Depanner to join our Production team at our Aspire Bakeries facility. As a Depanner, you play a critical role in maintaining product flow and quality by safely removing products from pans, aligning products on conveyors, and ensuring all finished goods meet customer quality, food safety, and production standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow production schedules and quality standards
  • Strong understanding of English (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-based environment
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to punch in and out accurately using the company timekeeping system

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment
  • Flexibility to work all assigned shifts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, leads, and cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with production equipment and conveyor systems
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing or industrial safety practices

Responsibilities

  • Safely depann products from cooling tunnels and place them onto conveyors while meeting line speed and quality requirements
  • Operate and monitor a high-speed continuous production line to ensure smooth product flow
  • Maintain product quality by visually inspecting products and removing defective or non-conforming items
  • Ensure sufficient supply of clean pans to support uninterrupted production
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and health & safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation throughout the shift
  • Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns promptly to supervisory staff
