About The Position

The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting active business initiatives while participating in structured onboarding and professional development. You will report to the manager on your respective team. Quick Info: This paid, full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026. What you Will Do Responsibilities may vary based on team placement and business needs, but may include: Collaborate cross functionally to help translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions Support the development and enhancement of customer data and marketing technology initiatives Assist with backend development tasks under the guidance of senior team members Contribute to the documentation of technical requirements and system processes Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support ongoing technical initiatives Qualifications U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027 No prior professional experience is required to apply. Exposure to backend development and technical coursework is a plus, but not required Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
