About The Position

The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. You will report to the manager on your respective team. Quick Info: This paid, full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm Eastern on March 16, 2026. You will join our teams in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week. As an intern, you may have the opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience by providing daily support with the guidance of senior team members including updating daily status reports and hot sheets, scheduling internal meetings, preparing timelines and project estimates. Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations. Generate and assess weekly financial reports and participate in internal billing meetings. Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets in preparation for trafficking and launch. Qualifications U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027 No prior professional experience is required to apply. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation. Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
