Dentsu Summer Experience Program – Internships in Business Functions
About The Position
The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting active business initiatives while participating in structured onboarding and professional development. You will report to the manager on your respective team. Quick Info: This paid, full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm Eastern on March 16, 2026. You will join our teams in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week. Intern opportunities may include, but are not limited to: Finance Human Resources Business Communications Business Operations IT
Requirements
- U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027
- No prior professional experience is required to apply.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
- Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects that support financial, people, operational, or technology initiatives
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform decision making
- Create reports, documentation, and communications materials for internal stakeholders
- Support process improvement and cross functional initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance team and business priorities
