We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider to step into a high-producing office with strong new patient flow and clinical autonomy.
Schedule: Mondays & Fridays
Part-time position with potential for growth
Practice Highlights
Average Monthly Production: ~$295,000
Collection Rate: 96–100%
New Patients: ~125/month
Technology: CBCT, modern digital systems
Team Support: Full-Time Hygienists Dedicated Dental Assistants

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active West Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Minimum of 3 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required
• Patient-focused and relationship-driven

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
• Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Extractions and basic surgical procedures
• Endodontics and implant restorations (as comfortable)
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
