We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states—and we continue to grow. Our model removes administrative and logistical burdens so providers can focus entirely on patient care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Montrose, CO. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking to supplement their existing practice while making a meaningful impact in senior and underserved communities. CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, offering flexibility without the overhead of running a private practice.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Colorado dental license
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various care settings

- Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or mobile dentistry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric populations
- Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Ensure patient comfort and safety in a facility-based care environment
