About The Position
Refresh Dental has an opportunity for a full-time General Dentist in our dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in Poland, OH. This role offers compensation rates starting at $1000/day, 100% practice-paid lab fees, and a PPO/FFS model. You will work alongside a seasoned Dentist, supported by Hygienist and Dental Assistants in a multi-million dollar producing practice with a 4-day work week. The practice utilizes advanced technology including Prime Scan, CBCT, and Overjet. A sign-on bonus is available. The ideal candidate is an eager producer who thrives in a productive environment, enjoys working with a patient-focused team that respects clinical judgment, and values a culture built on care, understanding, and collaboration. Dentists are responsible for full comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance, with true clinical autonomy. The practice is excited to implement Overjet’s dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to deliver best-in-class dental care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
- Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
