About The Position
White Dental Care is a thriving, patient-focused private practice in Woodward, Oklahoma seeking an experienced Associate Dentist ready to step into a busy schedule and a clear path to immediate ownership/partnership opportunity. This role is structured for a dentist who wants more than “just an associate position.” We offer a partnership/ownership track for the right candidate, with the opportunity to step into meaningful long-term growth. Our fully digital office is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality care and efficient treatment planning, including: CBCT and Intraoral scanners, WaveOne endodontics, Implants and Sedation dentistry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
- Strong foundation in comprehensive care.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Strong chairside communication skills.
- Clinical confidence with independent treatment planning.
- Desire to grow toward ownership/leadership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with implants and cosmetics.
- Experience with CBCT and Intraoral scanners.
- Experience with WaveOne endodontics.
- Experience with sedation dentistry.
