About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $175,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We have a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, meaning no Medicaid. We provide mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership at no upfront cost. Our practice is busy and family-focused with strong patient loyalty, consistent new patient flow, and a full clinical schedule. We utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging. You will have clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership. Our team culture is built on trust, compassion, and excellence, and we even have annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
Active State Dental License & DEA License.
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
Experience with iTero scanning.
Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
Utilize iTero scanning technology.
Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Collaborate on case reviews with peers and mentors.
Handle administrative, billing, and scheduling tasks with the support of a dedicated team.
