About The Position

This is a full-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $200,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. The practice has a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, and no Medicaid. We provide mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (Root Canals).
• Competency in iTero scanning.
• Competency in implant placement, endo & Invisalign.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative procedures.
• Perform extractions (simple and surgical).
• Perform crown and bridge procedures.
• Perform endodontics (Root Canals).
• Utilize iTero scanning.
• Perform implant placement.
• Provide Invisalign treatment.
• Collaborate on cases with peers and mentors.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
