About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $150,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We have a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, and no Medicaid. We offer mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
Active State Dental License & DEA License.
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
iTero scanning.
Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
Utilize iTero scanning.
Provide an exceptional patient experience.
Collaborate with peers and mentors on cases.
Work with a dedicated support team for admin, billing, and scheduling.
