Requirements

DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
Current state license.
Previous experience in clinical or private practice.
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends.
Excellent bedside manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Examine patients to assess overall dental health and check for gum disease, cavities, and infection.
Diagnose and treat dental problems, including root canals, extractions, and restorations.
Perform dental treatments, including X-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services.
Consult with other dental specialists when necessary.
Supervise staff.
Educate patients about oral hygiene and the use of orthodontics and dental appliances.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
