About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a high-caliber, patient-focused dental practice to identify an experienced Dentist for a unique and growth-oriented opportunity. This is not a typical associate role. The practice delivers elevated, comprehensive care with a loyal patient base that values quality, consistency, and clinical excellence. It is a well-established practice known for thoughtful, high-quality dentistry with a broad clinical scope including endodontics, implant placement and restoration, and orthodontics (Invisalign). Patients are accustomed to a high-touch, relationship-driven experience, and the practice operates with an efficient, structured workflow with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence. This is a growth-driven role where the incoming dentist will begin absorbing a steady stream of new patients. Success in this position requires the ability to diagnose confidently from day one, deliver consistently high-quality clinical outcomes, and integrate into an established practice style and patient experience. This role is best suited for a dentist who is comfortable stepping into a refined, high-performing environment and contributing at a high level immediately.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD
• Experienced clinician (typically ~8–10+ years)
• Strong diagnostic skills and clinical confidence
• Excellent communicator with a natural ability to connect with patients
• Growth-minded and adaptable to an established, high-performing practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on root canals (preferred), implant placement and restoration, and clear aligner / orthodontic treatment
• Deliver restorative work at a high clinical standard
• Build long-term relationships with a growing patient base
• Adapt to and uphold the practice’s established care model
