About The Position

DOCS Dental is hiring a full-time Dentist to provide comprehensive dentistry in a modern, private-practice setting serving the civilian military community. The role offers full clinical autonomy, a collaborative clinical team, consistent patient flow, and the opportunity to care for military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors. The practice features digital technology, including iTero, and access to in-house specialists. Compensation is a $1,000 daily minimum to start or 34% of adjusted production, with stated annual earnings of $180,000–$390,000. The offer also includes a $30,000 introduction/retention bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance for the Fort Drum, New York position, and a $600 monthly housing allowance for 12 months. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Dentist must be comfortable performing extractions, including third molars, and proficient in root canal therapy, including molars. Invisalign or clear aligner certification is preferred. Candidates must meet the stated education, licensing, certification, and base-access screening requirements. Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
Active New York Dental License or ability to obtain a New York license.
CPR/BLS certification.
Comfort performing extractions, including third molars.
Proficiency in root canal therapy, including molars.
Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access.
Must pass background screening, including criminal and malpractice checks, urinalysis and applicable testing, and meet requirements for shots, physical examination, and vaccinations.
Conditional employment offers require a background check, including a criminal record check, and drug screening.
