About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The setting operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with full-time on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the dentist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume rotating model; dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within partner locations, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency, predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Maryland dental license
- Comfortable practicing in an outpatient clinic environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating senior populations preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations
