About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Farmville, VA. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic. Clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and patient flow in a coordinated, team-based care environment. This is a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics, allowing the dentist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume model. Dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. CMC emphasizes quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Virginia dental license
- DEA certificate and/or Controlled Substance Registration
- Strong clinical judgment and warm chairside manner
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating senior populations preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
