Associate Dentist – Full Time (Mon–Thurs) Maplewood Family Dental – Highland, MI Maplewood Family Dental is seeking a full‑time Associate Dentist to join our friendly, well‑established private practice. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, a supportive team, and a steady schedule without weekends. Schedule Monday–Thursday About the Practice 4 operatories Technology-forward office with Primescan , Overjet AI Strong support team: 1 RDH, 2 Dental Assistants Average doctor production: $3,000–$7,000/day 95% collection rate Bread‑and‑butter general dentistry with opportunity for advanced procedures Clinical Scope Ideal candidates are comfortable with: Restorative / Bread & Butter Dentistry Surgical Extractions Endo (molar preferred) Clear Aligner Therapy (experience preferred but not required) Compensation Daily guarantee: starting at $850 up to 12 months Collections: 32% of net collections thereafter 100% practice paid lab fees Full‑Time Benefits Malpractice Insurance Provided 401(K) Plan & Match managed through Fidelity Investments For Full Time Team Members: Medical, Dental, Vision VSP Multiple Healthcare (HDHP and PPO) plans available to fit your needs Health Savings Account and Flex Spending Account options available Dependent Care FSA Voluntary Benefits include Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, AD&D, and more Clinical Growth opportunities: practice paid eighteen-month comprehensive training includes over 100 CE credits Mastery Classes to include Implant Mastery and Advanced Endodontics

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active or eligible Michigan dental license
  • Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
  • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
