Part-Time Optometrist | Outpatient Clinic Setting

Comprehensive Mobile CareCharlottesville, VA
Onsite

About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Charlottesville, Virginia. You’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior and underserved patient populations. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist seeking meaningful, mission-driven work with a consistent biweekly schedule—without the overhead or administrative burden of operating a private practice. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with dedicated dental treatment space, dental assistant support provided, and clinic staff on-site full time. It offers organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on senior populations. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the dentist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume corporate or production-driven dental model. Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. We emphasize quality over volume, consistency and predictability, dental assistant and administrative support, long-term clinic partnerships, ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery, and dignified care for senior and underserved patients.
