About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Charlottesville, Virginia. You’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior and underserved patient populations. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist seeking meaningful, mission-driven work with a consistent biweekly schedule—without the overhead or administrative burden of operating a private practice. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with dedicated dental treatment space, dental assistant support provided, and clinic staff on-site full time. It offers organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on senior populations. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the dentist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume corporate or production-driven dental model. Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Virginia dental license
• Current professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in an outpatient clinic environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments
