Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active State Dental License & DEA License.
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
- Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Nice To Haves
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
- Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging.
- Collaborate with experienced leadership and a dedicated support team.
- Participate in collaborative case review sessions with peers and mentors.
- Contribute to a team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence.
- Potentially participate in annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

- Minimum guaranteed salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
