About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Dentist (32 hours per week) to join their team at Boonville Correctional Center in Boonville, MO. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental treatment to incarcerated patients, including examinations, preventative, and corrective services. This role involves developing, reviewing, and evaluating dental treatment plans and procedures.
Requirements
- Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited university.
- License to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri.
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients, including examinations.
- Provide preventative and corrective dental services.
- Develop, review, and evaluate dental treatment plans and procedures.
