About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $175,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We have a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, no Medicaid. We provide mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with iTero scanning and 3D imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
• Utilize iTero scanning and other modern digital technology.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors during case reviews.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Participate in team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
