Montgomery Smiles is a modern, well-established dental practice looking for a long-term Associate Dentist with a path to partnership. The practice is led by Dr. Michael LeGrand and is committed to delivering the highest level of dental care with compassion and integrity, treating each patient like family. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active State Dental License & DEA License.
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
- Proficiency with iTero scanning.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Nice To Haves
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

- Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
