Just Pull It Dental is a rapidly expanding dental practice dedicated exclusively to extractions and minor oral surgery procedures. With more than 45,000 procedures completed, the organization has become one of Florida’s leading extraction-focused practices by keeping dentistry simple, efficient, and patient-centered. Our clinical model removes the distractions commonly associated with traditional corporate dentistry — no insurance-driven complications, no production quotas, and no sales-focused environment. Providers are empowered to focus entirely on patient care and clinical excellence. We are currently seeking experienced dentists for both full-time and part-time opportunities throughout the greater Tampa Bay region, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy performing extractions and oral surgery procedures while working in a streamlined practice setting that prioritizes quality care and provider autonomy.
Requirements
- Active Florida Dental License required
- Strong interest in oral surgery and extraction-based dentistry
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform simple and surgical extractions in a high-volume clinical environment
