About The Position
SAGE DENTAL | Patient Care Advocate Orlando, FL Turn treatment plans into patient wins. Sage Dental is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to help patients understand and act on their treatment plans. You'll work alongside the clinical team to present cases, explain insurance benefits, and remove barriers to care — making sure every patient leaves with a clear next step.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance (preferred)
- Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs
- Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight
- Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor
- Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care
