- Schedules patients
- Understands Tx Options
- Collects $$
- TX Follow up for non accepted tx (2/2/2)
- Tracks treatment case acceptance
- Answers phones
- Discusses obstacles with patients and finds solutions to overcome them
- Keeps the Dr’s schedules full and productive
- Meets metrics and goals set consistently
