About The Position

Intown Smile Studio is seeking a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals. This role is crucial in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring clear communication, and supporting the practice's commitment to modern, comprehensive care.

Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years working front desk of dental practice, with basic knowledge of Insurance, Managing PMS Schedules, Appointment Confirmations, Dental Terminology, Etc.
Experience with Fee For Service dental practices/Out of Network Dental Insurance
Experience Managing Patient Leads with High Conversion Rate
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Familiar with Managing Electronic Communications and Multiple Phone Lines
Excellent communication style both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Reliable and collaborative team member
Goal Oriented-Team Player who takes Initiative and is Solution Driven
Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
Presenting treatment plans
Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
Appointment scheduling
Requesting records
Patient follow ups
Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
