About The Position
We are a multi-specialty office seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis to acceptance. This role is the bridge between the clinical team and the patient experience. You translate treatment plans into understanding, trust, and yeses. You will sit chairside general dentists and specilists, review treatment recommendations, explain procedures and fees, verify insurance benefits, and coordinate financial arrangements so patients can move forward with care without confusion or hesitation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a dental office (treatment coordination strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Comfortable having conversation about finances
- Working knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefit coverage
- Experience with software Eaglesoft
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional, calm demeanor under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Care Credit
