Buckhead Family Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia! Come join our wonderful practice with a high-quality care of patients with a strong small private practice family feel, calm atmospohere and wonderful team! This is a great opportunity for a patient focused team player with the desire to learn and grow! Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm Wednesday 7:45am - 2:00pm Friday 7:45am - 12:00pm 1 hour lunch breaks

Requirements

High school diploma
2 or more years dental front office experience
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
Presenting treatment plans
Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
Appointment scheduling
Requesting records
Patient follow ups
Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
