About The Position

As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to high-quality oral healthcare while working as part of a collaborative dental team. We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they’ve worked hard to develop. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can grow clinically, utilize your training, and make a meaningful impact on the patients and community you serve. We believe our providers do their best work when they have the right balance of clinical autonomy and support. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients and work alongside dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and operational team members who share a commitment to putting patients first. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, we’re open to discussing a schedule that works for you and the needs of the practice.
