About The Position

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily production requirement to BonaDent Dental Laboratories Standards of quality level 9 or 10: Complete models start to finish (pouring, trimming, beveling, mounting, extracting)
• Take constructive criticism and demonstrate ability to adjust based on this criticism
• Use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems
• Strive for a total team working relationship
• Make progress towards personal development goals
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and cleanly bench
• Follow standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook
• Recognize and report problem cases or cases that need additional prep work
• Additional duties and assignments as required or needed
