About The Position

This role is built for a highly capable and clinically skilled dental professional who wants to operate beyond a traditional assistant role and be directly involved in complex full-arch dental implant procedures. You will work directly in dental practices, providing chairside surgical support (similar to a dental assistant role at times), while also helping teams strengthen digital workflows and leave them more capable than when you arrived. You will act as an extension of the practice, helping keep the clinic and lab working in sync and ensuring cases move forward through clear communication and accurate clinical records. This includes managing digital and clinical equipment in fast-paced environments and supporting implant and prosthetic procedures from start to finish. In addition to in-office support, you may be asked to represent JB Dental at trainings, continuing education events, and industry meetings, helping teams adopt best practices and strengthen clinical partnerships. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and a high level of ownership. Travel is a core part of the position, with the expectation that you can step into new environments, earn trust quickly, and make an immediate impact.
