About The Position

We are currently looking for a Sterilization/Records Technician who is energetic, dependable, and excited to grow with our team. This position plays an essential role in each patient’s orthodontic journey by helping support both our clinical team and patient experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- An outgoing, dependable, and personable individual who enjoys helping others
- Someone self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
- willing to train
Responsibilities
- Taking digital x-rays and orthodontic photographs
- Sterilizing and organizing instruments
- Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency throughout the clinic
- Assisting with patient flow and clinical support as needed
