We're seeking an experienced Dental School Coach to work with students navigating the dental school application process from start to finish. This role includes helping students with general exploration of programs, guiding school selection, and building an overall application strategy. Coaches also support students with personal statement, secondary essays, and AADSAS and TMDSAS application edits, along with highlighting achievements and experiences and securing strong letters of evaluation and recommendations. Additional guidance includes preparing for interviews, navigating financial aid & scholarships, and developing a waitlist strategy when needed. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of the dental school admissions landscape (as a former admissions officer, dental student, or industry professional), a track record of helping students put their best applications forward, and a clear, structured approach to guiding students through a stressful and high-stakes process. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the dental school admissions landscape (as a former admissions officer, dental student, or industry professional).
• Track record of helping students put their best applications forward.
• Clear, structured approach to guiding students through a stressful and high-stakes process.
• Ability to set own hours and rates.
• Ability to host sessions virtually.
