As the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience. We understand that many patients come to the dental office feeling anxious or worried, so empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential.
Requirements

- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
- Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment.
- Understanding of billing and patient accounts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
