About The Position

Hope Family Dentistry is seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized Dental Office Receptionist to join their welcoming practice in Simsbury, CT on a full-time basis. Led by Dr. Douglas Hope, the practice is known for its caring, gentle approach to dentistry, personalized patient experience, and commitment to helping every patient feel comfortable and confident from the moment they arrive. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service, organization, and professionalism
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Confident phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Typing proficiency and attention to detail
• A positive, dependable, team-first attitude and commitment to patient experience

Nice To Haves

• Dental background preferred
• Eaglesoft knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a polished, professional first impression
• Answer phones, assist patients with questions, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage patient check-in and check-out and maintain accurate patient information
• Maintain accurate records and support data entry and document management
• Collect payments, balance transactions, and support basic financial clerical duties
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow smooth and schedules on track
• Use communication scripts and office guidelines in person and over the phone, as assigned
