About The Position

The team at Dental Health Group Walker's Line located in Burlington, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time basis. The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.

Requirements

• 1-2 year of experience is required as a Dental Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental practice management software such as (Abeldent) is considered an asset
