As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the smooth daily operation of our practice. Dental experience is an absolute must. Our integrative Endodontic and Periodontic practice combines specialized care for the health, function, and longevity of your teeth, gums, and supporting structures—all under one roof. By bringing together expert root canal therapy, gum health, dental implants, and advanced surgical care, we provide comprehensive, coordinated treatment designed to deliver the highest level of patient care and convenience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years of dental front office experience required
  • Must be knowledgeable in dental terminology and tooth numbering systems
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while managing provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure precise data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed
  • Verify insurance, understand dental billing procedures, and assist with financial coordination
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned
