About The Position
The team at Suter Brook Dental located in Port Moody BC are looking for a passionate, multitasking, experienced Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Receptionist is knowledgeable in dental procedures, confident in communication, and able to multitask while managing treatment plans efficiently. Our brand-new office has just completed a major expansion. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and providing quality patient education.
Requirements
- 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Strong understanding of dental procedures
- Customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Ability to do insurance cheques and AR is an asset
