About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth daily operations of our dental practice. We are a fast paced specialty practice focused on delivering high quality care in a positive, team driven environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
